Irene at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She provided immediate updates regarding my insurance, clearly explained my out-of-pocket costs, and was so polite and thorough when going over my insurance details. She made the entire process easy and stress-free. Lyuba is truly the best hygienist I have ever had! She explained every step of the cleaning, took her time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. We had great conversation, and she even introduced me to a new brushing technique and recommended tools to help me maintain the best possible oral hygiene. I really appreciated how much she cared about educating me, not just cleaning my teeth. Dr. DeWood was also wonderful. She took the time to explain what she saw on my X-rays and clearly walked me through the next steps for my dental care. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling informed and confident about my treatment plan. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a long time.
