Common questions

What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe toothaches, knocked-out or broken teeth, swelling, bleeding that will not stop, and signs of infection like fever with mouth pain are all dental emergencies. When in doubt, call us.
What should I do if a tooth gets knocked out?
Handle the tooth by the crown, not the root. If possible, gently place it back in the socket. Otherwise, keep it moist in milk or saliva and get to us as quickly as possible. Time is critical for saving the tooth.
